THE LAST BUS FROM THE SPORTS HALL TO THE NOVOTEL WILL DEPART NO LATER THAN 20 MINS FOLLOWING THE FINAL PRESENTATION

21:00 to 01:00 Sayonara Party at the Event Hotel (Includes Free Buffet - Music and Dancing)
Sayonara Party is free to competitors and officials staying at the Novotel

4. Entry Condition

Participating Countries must be affiliated to the Federation of Wado-Kai Europe.

In Kumite: 2 competitors per country in each individual category
In Kata: 3 competitors per country in each individual category
Team Events: 1 team per country in each team category

5. Registration Fees

FEES
£15 per individual entry
£50 per senior male team
£30 per team for all other teams

Payment will be done during registation on Friday (payment in GBP Sterling only!). The competitors will get their passes. Nobody will be allowed to compete without their pass.

Male 12-13 years: -50kg, +50 kg kumite; kata
Female 12-13 years: -45kg, +45kg kumite; kata

Male 14-15 years: -55kg, -60kg, +60kg kumite; kata
Female 14-15 years: -50kg, +50kg kumite; kata

Male 16-17 years: -65kg, -75kg, +75kg kumite; kata
Female 16-17 years: -50kg, -60kg, +60kg kumite; kata

Male -21 years: -65kg, -75kg, +75kg kumite; kata
Female -21 years: -55kg, -60kg, +60kg kumite; kata

Male Senior +18 years: -65kg, -75kg, -85kg, +85kg, Open kumite; kata
Female Senior +18 years: -55kg, -65kg, +65kg, Open kumite; kata

Male Team Kata: -16 years, +16 years
Female Team Kata: -16 years, +16 years

Male Team Kumite: 12/13 years, 14/15 years, 16/17 years, +18 years
Female Team Kumite: 12/13 years, 14/15 years, 16/17 years, +18 years

7. Protection

Red and Blue Hand Mitt are compulsory.
Red and Blue Shin and Feet protectors are compulsory.
Mouth Guards are compulsory.
Groin Guards and Female Chest Protectors are recommended.

We kindly ask each country to bring referees or judges

10. Sayonara Party

After the competition a party with dinner shall be organised.
We kindly ask ALL delegatations to participate.
FREE to all competitors and officials staying at the Novotel.
A limited number of additional tickets will go on sale on the day on a first come first served basis at a price of £15 GBP.

11. Deadline

4th October 2009 midnight.

After this deadline entries will not be accepted.
